Fall colors

Last weekend three recent grads, one college senior, a baby and a lawyer went off to pick apples.

My college roommates and I had talked about going apple picking for the past four years. And finally, after a little thing called “graduation and move home” we all made it to the Minnesota Harvest Apple Orchard just outside of Jordan, Minnesota. I used to go to this orchard when I was a kid as it is just a ten minute drive from my home.  They all had to trek “to the middle of nowhere” for once!

We rode on the hay ride pulled by, you guessed it, a tractor:

picked two pecks of apples, played with the baby in the leaves, ate way to many apples and took tons of pictures. All in all, it was quite the successful, perfectly fall, day.
